If your youth group would like to participate in our “Saint Joseph’s Table of Pies” fundraiser, please sign up using the form below.

Each youth group will be sent a printed copy of this “2021 Saint Joseph’s Table of Pies Fundraiser Starter pack” with information on planning your fundraiser.  Depending on the size of your group, you can order as many of the different forms and supplies as you need.

After reading through the Starter Pack, please decide how many of the following you will need:
  • Prayer cards (2 1/4 x 4 1/2)

  • How it works handout (8 1/2 x 11)

  • Poster (11 x 17)

  • Commitment Form (duplicate copy)

  • Order form (duplicate copy)

  • Donation receipt

  • Saint Joseph’s Table of Pies Stickers (to go on each pie)

Youth Groups - please complete:

  • Please enter the number of each of the following that you would like us to send you:
  • To be used when soliciting pies from individuals or businesses
  • To be used when soliciting pies from individuals or businesses
  • To be given to the person or business donating pies
  • To be used by people ordering pies
  • To be used to promote event at your parish
