Providing for the Future

Stewardship is a way of life—it involves people giving their time, their talents and their treasure. An estate gift enables people to give of their treasure after their lifetime.

“Give, and it will be given to you.  A good measure … running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use … will be measured back to you.”          Luke 6:38

Founding members Marlene and John Olenick explain what prompted them to support Room At The Inn through an endowment fund:

“Having been involved in the pro-life movement since 1973, when we decided to establish an endowment through the Roman Catholic Diocese of Charlotte,  Room at the Inn seemed to be a natural choice.  We have long admired the ministry for “walking the talk” in the pro-life movement. Upon inquiry, we learned that no one had yet designated Room at the Inn as an endowment beneficiary.  By supporting Room at the Inn as they support moms and babies, we will be leaving a legacy of life.”

Consider Your Legacy

Charitable gifts made through your estate are a wonderful way to provide lasting support for those organizations whose values you share and want to support beyond your lifetime.

It can be possible to make such gifts while you minimize taxes and/or settlement costs and conserve more of your estate for loved ones.

A gift to Room At The Inn’s Legacy of Life planned giving program ensures that the essential pro-life work of supporting homeless pregnant women and their children can continue. It will literally save lives and change futures for generations to come.
