The 2025 Winter Rose Gala and Live Auction was held on Friday, February 28th at the Blue Heron Event Venue in High Point, NC. The evening was filled with great southern themed food and desserts, music, drinks and lots of smiles. Familiar faces spent time catching up with one another – but everyone also got to make a host of new friends.

All of our Room At The Inn supporters in attendance got a sneak peek at our latest video about our Residential Services offered to pregnant, single women, or pregnant, single mothers with children, who suffer from homelessness or poverty. With 30 years of experience helping the most vulnerable of our society, we depend on the success of events like the Winter Rose Gala to continue the provisions of such programs as our Mary Nussbaum Maternity Shelter and our Supported Community living activities. This year’s event has proven to be a huge success for helping us to continue our work!

One of the most favorite moments of this event each year – the $5,000 Raffle Ticket Drawing – was as exciting as ever as the Knights of Columbus Council #6600 with St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Greenville, NC was the lucky winner!

A special thanks to the bidders of our Live Auction who took home some great prizes from some great sponsors! Auction items were generously donated from the following: The NC Zoo, Gia’s Speak-Easy in Greensboro, The Greensboro Opera, TMRW Wealth, Total Wine & More, Angels Bed & Breakfast, Wendell Myers Fine Art, William Magnum Fine Art, Greensboro Complex – First Horizon Coliseum, Alexia and Monet Jowers Cocktail Music.
