Corporate Office

  • Banquet Assistance
  • Golf Tournament Assistance

Nussbaum Maternity Home

  • Maintenance
  • Help with Maintenance and Repair of Computers
  • Grounds Beautification/Lawn Work
  • Baby-sitting for College Program Mothers, must complete certification in CPR/First Aid
  • Need truck to help move belongings of program graduates
  • Mentors for Mothers
  • Tutoring
  • Exercise Partner at the YMCA
  • Help with dinner preparation
  • Organizing and sorting donations
  • Help in preparing layette bags for Mothers that bring their babies home from the hospital

Saint Joseph of the Poor Lay Service Community

We are launching a new long term volunteer program – Saint Joseph of the Poor Lay Service Community.  This is a program where individuals interested in doing a year of service will come to Greensboro and live in the community while working at Room At The Inn of the Carolinas. This program will recruit people primarily through Catholic Volunteer Network.  This is a group who matches volunteers with opportunities at over 7000 agencies like our own, all around the world. It is our hope that it will enrich the lives of those who participate and also bring us workers with a heart for our mission thus improving our program and the care we give to our families.
